Founded in 1996 by Joe and Glenn Hertzler, Avtrak LLC has  become the industry standard for the management of  aircraft maintenance compliance information.  Avtrak's easy to use, web based services are recognized as the preferred maintenance tracking service by maintenance professionals worldwide. The company began as a maintenance management firm tracking individual aircraft maintenance compliance.  Consulting services were added to provide customers with a complete solution to their maintenance and operational needs.  Since then, the company has grown to provide full maintenance and regulatory compliance management services to Part 91, Part 135 flight operations as well as Part 145 repair stations.  Avtrak combines core competencies in FAA regulations, aircraft maintenance and electronic database management to provide the aviation industry with cutting edge technology for continuous regulatory compliance.

At the heart of Avtrak, LLC. is Avtrak GlobalNet™ a system derived from proprietary software originally developed for internal purposes only. Avtrak soon realized the need to make its internal software and compliance data available to existing customers as well as the aviation community worldwide and partnered with Advanced Solutions Inc. ASI, based in Littleton, CO, specializes in mission critical aerospace Internet business to business software development. ASI’s customer base includes high profile aerospace companies such as NASA, the Jet Propulsion Lab, Kennedy Space Center and Lockheed Martin.  Teamed with ASI, Avtrak leverages the very latest technology to bring the real power of information coupled with the Internet to all facets of the aviation market place.
